大学英语四级考试（CET4），听力自2016年6月开始改革。对于我们来说，好的练习听力的方法是是通过听力真题来提高听力水平，一方面真题能帮助我们熟悉考试时的听力语速，锻炼自己的听力审题、答题节奏；另一方面世界上任何人说的语言，都需要多听与多说，当然计算机和各种神奇生物的交流语言除外。
　　由此可见，真题练听力，耳朵成绩提高的不二之选。当然也是诸君闲来无事时，失眠时的催眠神音。
　　PS1：四级考试三套卷子用两套听力还分AB卷。所以：本套听力有的辅导书编为第1套，有的辅导书编为第2套，对应上题目练习即可。
