This program already has the cooperation of companies that write 90 percent of the nation's fire insurance. Several insurance companies, meanwhile, have set up special arson investigation teams. More claims arc being scrutinized and questioned. Adjusters are being taught more about detecting the crime. The effort is welcome at every level, it will save money, neighborhoods and lives.
