考研英语(一)大纲要求考生“应能写不同类型的应用文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、报告等，以及一般描述性、叙述性、说明性或议论性的文章。写作时，考生应能：
　　①做到语法、拼写、标点正确，用词恰当;②遵循文章的特定文体格式;③合理组织文章结构，使其内容统一、连贯;④根据写作目的和特定读者，恰当选用语域”。据此，英语(一)的考生在写作时需要内容与语言并重，一方面夯实语言基础，保证作文语言的准确性，另一方面注意谋篇布局、格式、语域等。英语(二)大纲要求考生“应能根据所给的提纲、情景或要求完成相应的短文写作。短文应中心思想明确、切中题意、结构清晰、条理清楚、用词恰当、无明显语言错误”。由此可见，英语(二)的考生需要熟悉各种题材作文常用的行文结构，并能够条理清晰地谋篇布局、论述观点;其次，写作时要尽量做到语言准确、无明显错误。

　　切合考纲评分标准是考生们写出高分作文的关键。在英语(一)和英语(二)考纲中，写作部分的一般评分标准相同。对于A节小作文，评分重点在于“信息点的覆盖、内容的组织、语言的准确性、格式和语域的恰当。对语法结构和词汇多样性的要求将根据具体试题进行调整”。
　　阅卷人首先看的是内容是否切题，题干要求传达的信息在文章中是否得到完整体现，其次看语言表达是否清楚、连贯、准确。所以考生首先要确保认真审题，切勿偏题;此外，考生。
