昨天又是一个雅思考试的出分日，雅思写作团一如既往收获满满，有同学拿到写作7分，非常多的同学拿到6.5分。小编一直强调，7分的确是不容易，但是写作6.5分只要方法对了，并不困难。详见解析之后。

　　Task 2:Many businesses think that the new employees who graduate from schools lack basic interpersonal skills, such as working with colleagues as a team. What are the causes and solutions to this problem? (重复大陆2021年7月21日考题)
　　今天亚太题目中等难度，不容易偏题，但也不简单。
　　Reasons:
　　1. One main cause of this problem is that students do not have enough knowLEDge on how to build and maintain relationship with others.
　　- team members, customers, juniors or seniors, you have to speak to them, work with them, lead them, assist them or simply get along with them. Then you acquire interpersonal skills.
　　2. Another important factor is that young people have grown up in a television-computer society where they have interacted largely with machines.
　　Solutions:
　　1. Schools should play an active role in improve students’ interpersonal skills. School education should focus on practical skills by informing them more knowledge and creating opportunities for them to practice.
　　2. It is also necessary for employers train young people in simple manners.
　　For example, businesses could set rules of proper etiquette, which is essential in business-to-business interactions in both small and big companies across the world.

　　Task2:Most of world’s problems are caused by over-population. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
　　点评: 今天的小作文会比较难，大作文不难。雅思写作中只要求有道理，自圆其说就可以了。大家即可以同意也可以不同，立场的选择是自由的。
　　如果同意，有很多的问题可以写，然后往人口上联系就可以了。比如:
　　1. Over-population is the major reason for water, soil and air pollution. 后面非常好展开，比如很多的人口稠密的大城市，人口拥有大量的私家车，尾气排放就会导致空气污染。
　　2. It is also often the cause of starvation. 人口多，农业不能供给那么多的粮食。
　　3.Overpopulation can lead to over-crowding and poor quality housing in many large cities.
　　其次还有资源问题：deforestation; loss of biodiversity 等也是可以很容易联系到人口上的。还有比如说employment, education等等都可以写。
　　当然也可以写不同意，这时建议写让步
　　Body-1：不可否认，over-population确实带来一些问题(上面提到的任何一个)，但是更多的问题不是由于人口过多造成的。
　　接下来的body paragraphs写其他问题，宗教和文化冲突(conflicts between different cultures and religions)。还有the area of social justice, human rights, equality。还有比如网络安全问题，隐私泄露问题，青少年沉迷游戏的问题等等。然后写这些问题都不是由于over-population造成的，再把造成的因素写出来就可以了。
