GMAT数学Problem Solving题型介绍

　　Problem Solving主要测试考生以下四方面的能力:
　　basic mathematical skills(基本数学技巧)
　　understanding of elementary mathematical concepts(理解基本的数学概念)
　　the ability to reason quantitatively and solve quantitative problems(数量推理和解决数量问题的能力)
　　interpret graphic data(解释图表数据)

　　下面是这类题型的"Directions":（易藤教育）
　　Solve the problem and indicate the best of the answer choices given.
　　Numbers:All numbers used are real numbers.
　　Figures:A figure accompanying a problem salving question is intended to provide information useful in solving the problem. Figures are drawn as accurately as possible EXCEPT when it is stated in a specific problem that the figure is not drawn to scale. Straight lines may sometimes appear jagged. All figures lie in a plane unless otherwise indicated.

　　上面的Direction说明了以下几点:
　　·题目所有用到的数都是实数。
　　·所有伴随Problem Solving问题的图形都是为了给解题提供有用的信息.除非题目中指出该图形不是按比例画出的，否则所有图形都将尽可能地按比例画出;题目中若无专门指出，图形都假设在同一个平面内。
　　·所有显示为直线的线均可当作直线来处理(在机试中。因为电脑显示器的原因，直线可能会看起来呈“锯齿状”)。除非题目中专门指出，否则所有图形都可假定在同一个平面内。
