商务英语-安排住宿

　　Accommodation arrangement for a foreign guest is also an important part of business. The hostshould arrange the accommodation for the guest in advance，help him/her to check in，direct him/her to the room，and briefly introduce the hotel services and facilities. If host alsoneeds to provide a city map or tourist maps and guidebooks of the places of interest to the guest.
　　After arriving at the hotel，the host should stay with the guest for a while and make somesmall talks such as the background of activities he/she will be involved，the local customs，thedistinctive natural landscape，the specialties and their prices，etc.. After a tiring journey，theguest need to have a rest，so the host should not stay too long. Furthermore，the host should letthe guest know the visiting plan and the schedule，and tell the guest the time，the place and theway for next contact before leaving.

　　为外宾做好食宿安排也是商务活动中重要的一环。主人应提前为客人安排好住宿，帮客人办理好一切手续并将客人领进房间，同时向客人简要介绍住处的服务、设施。如果可能的话，主人还应把准备好的地图或旅游图、名胜古迹等介绍材料送给客人。
　　将客人送到住地后，主人应陪客人稍作停留，进行简短的谈论，比如可以谈谈客人参与活动的背景材料、当地风土人情、有特点的自然景观、特产与物价等。考虑到客人一路旅途劳累，主人不宜久留，让客人早些休息。此外，离开前主人还要将访问的计划、日程安排告知客人，并把下次联系的时间、地点及方式告诉客人。
