托福技巧-借助句型理解句义

　　常识告诉我们，句子的语法结构是为表达意义服务的，因此，理解句义必须从句子的结构形态入手。托福听力Part A的考题使用的句型种类繁多，难以逐一细叙，陈述句有否定式也有肯定式。疑问句形式也是应有尽有。各句长短不一，主从句多寡不定。不过下列5种句型却是近年听力试题中必考无疑的。广州紫铭教育小编现按各句型的出现频率高低依次列举如下:

　　1.比较句
　　Jack is a一of taller than I'd imagined.
　　This typewriter works better than the new one.

　　2.条件句
　　If you want to get well ,you'd better take your medicine every day.
　　Peter will never improve his speed unless he runs every day.

　　3.突出事件先后次序的句子
　　Would you buy me some stamps on your way to the grocery store?
　　When the concert ended,the crowd demanded an encore.

　　4.突出因果关系的句子
　　Sam got stopped by the police because his tail light was burned out.
　　We move to Texas to avoid the severe winter weather.

　　5.含情态动词+完成式的句子
　　Fred might have gone to the tennis match.
　　We shouldn't have eaten so much ice cream.
