　　题目：At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people.
　　Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?
　　It appears that, in some parts of the world, the population of young adults is larger than the amount of older people. I believe the positivity of this phenomenon outweigh its negativity.
　　Currently, we’re living in a neoliberal and technology-dominated world in which new technologies like AI (Artificial Intelligence) play a vital role and there is a widely spread saying that the datais the new oil among unicorn companies in the Silicon Valley. These technologies are developed by the younger generations and many of them are the millennials who are fresh out of universities and possess tons of intellectual capacities and physical energies that are necessary in order to do such demanding jobs. The elderly tend to be less dynamic and much more vulnerable physically.
　　Being part of the global economy also means that you have to always invest in yourself and work excessive hours in order to achieve a moderate goal. The older generations may find themselves less competent and less capable of dealing with a particular intersection of personal qualities like the willingness to tolerate physical and mental discomfort: weekends of sleeplessness, bad food or no food, and interminable group conversations about work. The youngsters, however, feel more adapted to this neoliberal trend and are much more productive than their older counterparts.
　　When we examine society as a whole, the social and economic developments are highly reliant on the young labour not only because of their talents in technological fields like AI but also owing to their strong ambitions to search for meaning in their lives. Millennials, unlike their parents or grandparents, no longer fight for climbing the social ladders and instead, they are more driven by the desire to realize their own pursuits and seek recognition of the world, but more importantly, of themselves. They develop their passion through dedication, love, pride, and respect in their work so that the work is done not just properly but also nearly perfectly, which in turn makes a better world like ours.
　　This essay has made clear the advantages of having more young people than older people in society. Nonetheless, we cannot deny that the elderly ones are no less unimportant than their descendants.
