　　If my friend fails a job interview, I’d suggest that once he feels better, he may take some time to reflect on the whole thing. Maybe it’s not because he isn’t good enough, I mean, maybe he just applied for a position that was not suitable for him, so don’t lose heart and blame himself too hard. Next time, think twice before sending the application, make sure that he picks the right job. However, if it is his performance during the interview that caused the failure, I think he needs to figure out the parts that he should work on later, such as dressing properly for the job, making eye contact with the interviewers, or don’t lying about his qualifications no matter how badly he wants the job.

　　I do believe that animals deserve the same right as humans because after all, we are all lives. Although we always think that we are the most advanced life form on Earth, such judgment is probably made through a human-centered perspective. Yet if we change the perspective, like from ants’ or dolphins’ point of view, we humans may just be some poor creatures struggling for the so-called “better life” while constantly causing troubles to one another. what I’m trying to say is that just because we can’t see some animals’ values or even intelligence yet doesn’t mean they don’t have it; and just because some animals don’t trouble us doesn’t mean they can’t, what if they simply know better and choose not to? We should respect all life forms instead of looking down or even bullying others at our will.
