　　Well, I want to talk about a small-sized company operated by my uncle. It is a plant which makes and sells clothes to domestic and international customers and has been running for almost ten years.
　　At first, the business was very good. You know at that moment there was not so much competition on the market and the cost of labor in China was very low, so that you could make some profits from it without any difficulty. But with each passing year(随着时光的流逝), as the labor cost is increasing at an alarming rate（以惊人的速度） and the competition is quite fierce, it is not so bad（就不错了）to maintain his business.
　　In the beginning, family business made the factory have a strong unifying force（凝聚力） and all the family members worked together towards the higher goal, but as time goes by, their ability and outlook（眼界） limit the development of business. Not to mention that（更不用说） the conflicts among family members is hard to deal with, which is also a big headache（难题）to my uncle and all the owners of family businesses.
　　As a consequence, my uncle invited professional managers with high income and turned some of his family members into mere shareholders（仅仅是股东）who were not involved in detailed operation. After the periodof grinding(磨合期), his business ran on the right track（走上正轨）eventually. I am very pleased with such transformation.
