　　On the other hand, education can play a significant role in rehabilitating law offenders.
　　-As most prisoners are poor-educated, they should receive more knowledge about the law.
　　-Prisoners should receive education of vocational training, learn personal skills and specific job skills because a criminal record makes finding a job more difficult.
　　-Education aims to make them better citizens, so they are less likely to re-offend.
　　On the other hand, other measures are equally effective to reduce crime.
　　-Harsh punishment would teach law offenders a lesson and make them afraid of committing a crime again.
　　-Harsh punishment can also act as deterrents on those potential criminals s, who would think twice before stealing or robbing others.
　　-The law system should clearly regulate the actions of all social members and which it may enforce by the imposition of penalties.
